I was seen right away (no long waits) and Dr. Hatcher spent time getting to know me and my dental needs and concerns. I felt he really listened to me. I was just expecting a consult, but he was able to do the root canal that same day. Dr. Hatcher thoroughly explained everything before and after the procedure and went out of his way to make it as comfortable as possible. "Oh Happy Day!!!  I have a severe gag reflex with moderate dental anxiety. I am not proud to admit that I am a very difficult dental patient. Even a simple exam or cleaning is almost impossible for me. X-ray's are not even a possibility. After years of dental neglect and then more time searching for a dental practice that would have the patience that I needed to get me through dental care, I finally found Dr. Hatcher's office. "Let me start of by saying from the moment I walked into this office it felt like a home away from home.  The staff and Dr. Hatcher were extremely nice and courteous to my needs.  I am a very high anxiety patient.  I suffered from panic attacks for 4 years.  The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.  They even have TV's in each exam room.  Dr. Hatcher is an extremely gifted dentist and I highly recommend him.  I had extensive work done all at once.  Opted for the sedation to help ease the nerves and it went perfectly.  Before I even saw the Dr., he called me and we talked about options and what I wanted done.  How often does that happen???  After my procedure he again called me to check on me and see how I was doing and feeling.  I am very satisfied with the experience at this office and plan to continue to stay.  If you have high anxiety about dentist then this is the place for you!  If I had to rate Dr. Hatcher's office from 1-10, I would give it an 11.  They are just that good!"
